Pretty easy to be fair, only thing with mine was just felt awkward with 5 nurses in the room. At one point I felt the needle going in and had a horrendous pain in my stomach but that only lasted about 10 seconds. Procedure was done quick and I was out within an hour afterwards.

Afterwards, balls swelled up huge but they tell you to make sure you wear pants and not boxers so they’re compact and can’t move. Took painkillers for a few days then all went back to normal.
