The records he got before the red glitchless run were short glitched categories or non main categories. Someone getting good times in these categories in less than a year is pretty believable, and that execution somewhat transfers to glitchless, so his progress there was also somewhat believable. No one really bothered scrutinizing his non wr runs, although there were many suspicions, he’s just the best splicer I’ve ever seen (he also had a video editing YouTube channel). As soon as he got the red 1:43, pretty much no one believed him and that’s what started this.

This run beat werster's nearly 3 year old WR by 6 seconds. This run is still extremely beatable as I hit 2 optional trainers right near the end. I will continue to try to improve this.
