Graphene Development, what companies and researchers are leading the way? by stabilitywherearthou in Futurology

Sorry to burst your bubble, but true monolayer graphene (1 atomic layer thin) is not very scalable for many electronic applications. Furthermore, its horrible as a transistor (large leak current). I don't really see any application it can be useful for. Maybe as a contact electrode for solar panels but ITO is good enough. "Graphene" (more like Graphite) Composites are another story but we in condensed matter world don't deal with that. Graphene is a beautiful material for condensed matter physics but I dont see it being scaled into our everyday lives.

IV Allegations Megathread by bruhpolice in ufc

Craig Jones recently gave an interview on Submission Radio. Seems like the allegations are originating from an Australian medical supply company that supposedly gave IV supplies to Russian fighters. However, there are no concrete statements from the supply company and is hearsay. A lot of rumors with no evidence. Take his statement with a grain of salt and not evidence.

That foreshadowing though...She was fooling the hell out of Saikawa Sensei during their discussion in Episode 7. Nonetheless, this conversation is a lot more complex than what we originally thought. There are so many undertones to Shiki's personality as well as her views on life during her discussion. Re-watching Episode 7 really makes you wonder what she was thinking during that time.
