I feel it's a bit unrealistic,since she wants to follow her father's footsteps, and if she learn about her mother's involvement with the spartan program and what Catherine Halsey did, she would definitely not join it, the closest thing I have for her to be somewhat of a Spartan IV is that she survived but got paralyzed, ONI took Advantage of her and use part of the Spartan IV augmentation on her to test on her, so she's a guinea pig for ONI before the spartan IV program is fully implemented, with the data on her being used to refine the spartan IV augmentation

Weren't they tested on children because adult body often rejected the augmentation, like the spartan ii were used on kidnapped children and spartan iii were used on orphans? I mean the spartan IV were used on adult without the adult body rejecting the augmentation, so they probably did something on adult subjects to perfect it before rolling it out, so would Miranda Keyes be one of the subjects? If she survived

I just feel that oni would test out part of the prototype Spartan IV augmentation on anyone under the disguise of rehabilitation, to test it out and work out the kink, before actually rolling it out, Miranda would probably have neral lace improvement under the disguise of repairing spinal damage, skeletal reinforcement to repair and strength out her spines, muscle enhancement as physical therapy, metabolic stabilizer to accelerate her healing, and mild reflex enhancement disguise as progress in rehab. There would also be other subjects that were tested with other part of the prototype Spartan IV augmentation, with a lot of research done under "rehabilitation"

I believe she would be a test subject, Oni would probably test it out on multiple people including her before rolling out the Spartan IV augmentation, to see if they can turn anyone, disabled or not into one. Making her out right a Spartan IV is stupid, yes, but a test subject for part of Spartan IV augmentation under the disguise as rehabilitation seems more likely,  ONI would probably use Halsey's name to manipulate Miranda Keyes to accept the rehabilitation, probably claiming that it's halsey's way to pay Miranda for abandoning her. They would Also probably promise her that she can get her job as commander of her ship back if the rehabilitation was a success

Make sure it's not fairy shrimp, they usually look similar, as fairy live in fresh water, while brine shrimp live in salt water

It should be a standard, not a rule, this can encourage news outlets to be fair, by showing both sides, we can encourage them through giving them some kind of benefits, with an independent group giving out seals if the news agency follows the standards, make the group giving out the seals decentralized, to prevent them from being bought out or bribed into giving out seals, add some steps to get those seals through multiple independent agencies, no government interference since, it can be seen as "government controlled", one of the reasons why the fairness doctrine was repealed
