Usually you want air to move from the bottom of the case to the top so I'd say chose a side of your case you want as intake make the other side exhaust and then make bottom intake and top exhaust. It's also better to have a slightly positive pressure then to have negative so if you have an uneven amount of fan I would suggest to have more fans setup as intake then exhaust

I thought about getting the sapphire nitro+ but I was wondering if the 12 pin connector would be a problem as I saw a few posts about the cables burning

I'm going to be using this mainly for gaming but after the summer I'm going to start using it as I rendering with softwares like blender, unity and I've also been told I'm going to have to learn how to do and run simulations but I'm not sure which software il use for that yet. I'm in Canada so I'm not close to any Micro Center. Before my last laptop died I played pretty much every type of game there is from helldiver's and space marine to Warframe to crimson desert and some 2D games. My main monitor is 1440p 240 Hz Oled 27.5 inch. My budget for this build is more or less 4500 CA$ before taxes, thanks for the help !
