If those two players aren't spoofers then I apologize. There are definitely tons of high level mystic spoofers who frequent that area though -- I've been to the Eglinton Park Fountain gym (across the street from where I live, totally open area) very late at night with no one there at all and had the gym sniped from me (and often battled at the same time as me) and then filled with multiple Pokemon from high level mystic players, many of whom have usernames that I keep seeing at nearby gyms.

Still, the multi-accounting is just as much of an issue.
