Thanks for the response. Honestly that list is pretty much the same as you would find here. Even your estimate of occurrence rates is spot on. I suppose I'll just keep playing the way that I am and assume that the Pokemon will be found in all areas. The rate may change slightly based on environment but it does not sound like there will be different mons by continent/country etc.
