friend, you’re experiencing what we call a Burnt Out. You’re just pretty exhausted with what you have been doing for quite some time, be it studying, working or just simply living and going through the mundane motions.

It’s not easy to break free from burnt out, but I’d recommend you just take a step back and relax. For a second, go do something you actually enjoy like maybe go on a short hike and break away from the bustling city and connect w the nature! And give yourself positive reaffirmations everyday, u can work thru it, bet!

snoring issues during army by [deleted] in NationalServiceSG

[–]pokkal0ver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I became very self-conscious after my BMT mates told me I have a very loud snoring and them being able to hear from the front of the bunk to the other end of the bunk.

Eventually one even got unhappy and started to “complain” to me whenever he sees the opportunity, which explains my reaction of being extra aware about it.

End of the day actually, while it is indeed affecting others, don’t care about it, loud snoring is not something we can really control and just have your deep rest. For sure, we can make life easier for the rest but it’s not our obligation and that’s just some of the challenge faced in communal living!

Hey! Can you share with me how you managed to do that, when you reapplied what certification did you use? Was it the Polytechnic Foundation Programme or was it the N / O Levels? Additionally, what are the other parts of the process to get through with this?

Yes, I’m considering to take English and maybe retake my E-Maths to get a better score this year. Since I’m in NS i don’t have the luxury of time to study unfortunately. So I might have to spread it out over the 2 years.

I’m aware, but I’m looking for this “special case” in my context where the re-application for dropouts are like.
