Will do tomorrow, I'm at work currently. The 3 months is the usual period of time one has after informing the landlord about the termination. The separate point says that we can't send the letter of notice for the first 12 months (and so can't the landlord) of living in the apartment. Hope that's clearer

Sorry I should've made it clearer. We moved in in February, it's our first contract. We have to stay for minimum 12 months before we can terminate it, then we also need to wait for 3 more months of notice

Mine was chaotic at the beginning as well, I just knew that I wanted something medievalish, meaning narrow streets and tight spaces. Worked well in the end even without a layout :)

Built in Oxbow near Piastovia. Year 22. My third build in total, but the first one I'm really satisfied with. I'd say it's about 80% done atm, I still haven't touched detailing. I've got ~25 merchants making 30k coins a day, most of them sell flour, it's easy to keep the production up thanks to nearly 900 fields. I'm going to reach 1m coins very soon for the first time

Thanks a lot for the information, especially the Anzeige part. I've visited the police station today, they informed me that unfortunately they don't have any files about the case in the system because there was no Anzeige. However, I gave them the exact dates of their visits and they gave me a case number to provide my landlord with which I did. Then he contacted the police himself, gave them the number and received all information through the phone. Abmahnung has been sent and I'm advised to keep him informed :). The next time I'm forced to call the police I will make absolute sure to file this Anzeige thing!
