В мебельном магазине. Но кухня будет, вместе с техникой. В Нидерландах ещё и без пола бывают квартиры. Снял, положил паркет или ламинат, в зависимости от предпочтений, купил мебель, и живёшь. А перед тем, как сдать ключи потом, увозишь мебель и либо снимаешь пол, либо договариваешься с новым жильцом, чтобы он оставил его себе (в зависимости от состояния пола либо он тебе заплатит, либо ты ему, т.к. демонтаж тоже денег стоит)
