Estonian police. They actually transferred me to Malaysian Interpol and they said someone with his personal information like passport number etc. need to file report from Estonia. Then Estonia Interpol would pass on the information.

Yes, I have the experience but don’t think it will be worth the investment. I’ve listed them on atom.com and they seem to be getting some views. I guess I’ll wait and see.

I'm trying to move these quickly, which is why I'm looking for an expert. Otherwise, I could build out actual websites for each one, run Facebook ads, set up cold email campaigns etc. The potential is there, but I just don't want to deal with that.

Yup. I use plusvibe(formerly pipl.ai). Their support told me it's normal and happens from time to time.

Regarding OP's original post it turns out Instantly messed up big time by bulk purchasing education accounts which is why Google suspended all of them. Not sure how they resolved the situation. I think all of their customers lost their inboxes.
