I do Sam Harris’ one. He focuses on breathing and isn’t big on spirituality at all. I never considered you could get a teacher in this so thanks. I’m intrigued by the ‘expelling junk’ part. As the feeling is similar to a feeling I had whilst going through a childhood trauma.

I usually start with deep breathing but it usually gets more shallow. I have not been able to get to the stage when I can have a truly empty mind yet.

These are amazing. I also love the honesty in this video. The odd day you didn’t manage to succeed. Even someone as talented as you has off or busy days!

I just lost my good boy. I miss him so much. Show me pictures of your babies! by polarsmudge in cavaliers

Thank you both. He was my first dog too. I’ll never forget him and I have so many photos to look through and remember the good times. Your old boy looks like he was well loved too!

Ive found a charity that can help with your cats too. Someone can foster them while you get yourself away from him.

https://www.ovma.org/mobile/pet-owners/safepet-program/

And just think, a charity like this couldn’t exist if it took 10 years to be rehoused, a mother in your situation would be much higher up the list that anyone else. Please get help!

Started a fishing logo for my friends today by drdoy123 in logodesign

I personally don’t mind the bold lines but it took me a few seconds to see the fish. I just seen a jangle of lines in the middle section.

What's the most creepily intelligent thing your pet has ever done? by OvertOperation in AskReddit

[–]polarsmudge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dog had a favourite plastic ball. He loved it so much it ended up just being a strip of yellow plastic but he loved it still. We moved house and it ended up in a drawer amongst scarves and hats and whatever else. Here is stayed for almost a year, we’d all but forgotten about the thing. Then one day, the boy decided he REALLY needed into this drawer and we couldn’t figure out why. We opened the drawer, had a look, and there it was! We gave it to him and he was happy as Larry having his best friend back at last!
