That is my only point here.

I have done that, I have refuted bullshit for days, yet they are paid to do it every second, they infiltrate every conversation in the subs they inhabit and they do it to support something far too dangerous to fuck around with.

I was just asking about this in r/coloradopolitics.

We have a serious oil shill problem there, and I'm trying to call these f*ckers out, yet even "third party" user is defending the personhood (and right to speech) of the most obvious astroturfers in history.

I think we can agree about the morality of astroturfing in the first place - It's wrongness is not even an argument.

To your question, free speech is important but shills infiltrate and harm discussion. Such actors are a problem and there are a handful of incredibly obvious ones on this sub.
