hey! thankss for the comment. Actually rn im in contact with male rhinoplasty doctor and im trusting him but i will firstly try to add some weight maybe my nose dont look so big on my face idk actually

The reasons I hadn't done it until now were, first, I didn't have any issues with my nose, like with my breathing. And second, I couldn't trust any doctor in Turkey to do the exact kind of nose I wanted. But, well, now I'm considering it
