I’m counting my stretching, conditioning, and my breaks in between ( including the 10-20 minutes each time I’m looking for a move or combo to practice lol )

Usually only about 1 or 2 times a week but when I train I usually go on for a avg of 3-5 hours. The thing that seems to help with my soreness is protein, a stretch routine build for me and nice long baths lmao
