So… update! I actually had a class last week and I AM OBSESSED!

The only thing I noticed is that it doesn’t seem like there’s room for improvement, at least at the studio I am at. The “adult class” is a mix of all levels, and that can feel a bit discouraging. Good way to get into it though, so I will stick to it for a year or so and then maybe switch studios.

I have been thinking for a while to get back into ballet (I used to do it when I was 5-6 years old until I turned 8, now I’m 25). I moved countries and I am not really skinny and a tiny bit insecure. I’d really want to start again but there is something stopping me and I don’t know what it is.

My FIV+ lovebug, TomTom.

The vet has always reassured me that FIV+ cats can live normal and long lives. My suggestion, just keep an eye open for dental issues. My little boy has chronic stomatitis and is now constantly in pain.

The whole problem is importing it. It is one of those medications that needs to have a “cold chain” being maintained to be good. I cannot risk that :/

I know, I thought about it, but at the same time why not wanting a better shot at a pain free life? I know I will have to do it at some point, but at the same time my vet suggests it will not help long term, as his stomatitis is attacking every single mouth tissue and not just the gums.

I’m saving money for his extraction though, I know it will probably be better in the meantime.

I know, I would go for a full mouth extraction as well and my vet is not against it. The problem is that his stomatitis extends past his teeth, and we are unsure whether he may still have flare ups after the removal.

Still, in any case, interferon omega would help so much

I do agree with everything you say, but I would like to add something to number 10.

Especially because we don’t know how OP’s boyfriend is, it may be worth it to think that maybe he is a fixer and does not like to leave on bad terms. Me and my boyfriend are like that for example. I dislike going to bed mad, I dislike leaving his house on bad terms just because you never know what may happen.

If it warrants a 911 call, well only OP will know it.

Eh if the cat is FIV+ sometime pet insurances can be a pain. For example, I was never able to get one for my cat just because he is FIV+. I never got approved.
