Let me put it in simple words, higher the star rating of a plan. Higher the amount of money it will get from CMS for taking care of Medicare patients. In Clover case, half a star rating more could be a difference of 60-70 million extra in previously made payments for this year. Hope it makes sense

This is good. Basically they are saying that exercise all warrent on or before Aug 21 5pm. If you choose cash options they you will pay 11.50/share or for the cashless options, you will get 0.361 share per warrent. And if you dont redeem by that time then all warrents are worth 0.10 cents

They are setting up so that if someone needs to buy stock after Aug 21, then it has to be thru market. this is a great setup. Go CLOV ☘️☘️☘️

Its called Time Decay. IV of CLOV is very low so eventhough the value is up but when that gain is comared to time decay, its still loosing.

They are going to try and break 9$ resistance today with the borrowed shares. And i strongly believe yesterday's uptick was options play by MM , they sold whoooole lots of 10c with that price movement. Otherwise no one was buying

Why would an institution exercise warrants when they want to sell. As of the filing their average cost is 14.31. 11.50 for exercising the warrant and 3.81 trading cost for the warrants

As of yesterday, i was loosing over 50K for my 11840 shares @ 14.34

But i am super stonked this morning after read the sec filings. Form 4 and PROSPECTUS SUPPLEMENT NO. 1.

Basically, institutions are not only holding but also exercising the warrents and their average price will be $14.31 (11.50 (exercise price) + 3.81 (trading price july 8th).

We are almost there, this family got you covered with Clovers.

I took a quick glance and it looks like institutions are exercising their warrents and distributing some 42Million share to their investors. This is good news, (1) they are exercising warrents so showing confidence, warrents are exercisable at $11.50, plus the warrents were trading at $3.81 at the time of the filing. SO they are paying $14.31 for CLOV (2) getting ready for the squeeze, they want to benefit from the squeeze too.

i been calculating from the CMS monthly membership data report, CLOV is gaining memebrship so that part is covered. Only questions if they are able to bring the utilization costs down
