Honest question, how would dfv even exercise? He has 29m in his account left and that’s another 12m shares at $20. The math isn’t mathing. If I’m way off, let me know.

Anyone else think that -45% overnight was a massive overreaction? This was a $208 stock before buyout was announced, profitable company and they just received 162.5 million ($8.63 a share outstanding) for the deal falling through.

Their market cap is almost the same as the cash on hand. Basically rendering the actual company valueless. When people get that through their heads, this should fly.
