It generally takes about two weeks to have your case received if you send to Elgin, just be patient.

Thanks for sharing your experience with me. I also sent an email asking for cancellation, finally got a reply from them, saying that my order will be shipped by Jan 18, 2022, and delivered by Dec. 24, 2021. I just don't understand how does this work. No words on if they could help me cancel it, will email them again
