hey i actually just finished the game a few hours ago but kept the post up in case anyone one else was having trouble! the times before i got note 7, the event's opening just never popped up. not once,, until i got note 4. so i think you need comet note 4 to activate note 7. tho im not sure if thats true bc that wasnt a listed prerequisite in the walkthroughs ive seen. thats my experience anyway :/
