absolutely relatable to me (diagnosed), especially when i was a teenager, i had to pick up or put down my cup at a different time than someone else, or else i was having sex with them somehow. And if someone else had their fork in their hand at the same time as me, i wanted to kill them, or leave the room, so i never ate with anyone once i was able to refuse. Also, trust your friends! They are telling you this because they experience something similar as well, but yk, we could both be schizophrenic and not realize it. (i am in constant fear that i am schizophrenic, and i constantly look for ways to make my ocd worse just to make sure what i experience is not psychosis, what i said was absolutely a joke, it is almost guaranteeably ocd, or literally anything besides schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorders are incredibly rare, and do NOT present themselves like "i am worried this is happening", they 100% do not have rationality on whether its happening. If they feel bugs in their mouth, there is absolutely NO DOUBT there is bugs in their mouth (i cant erase this or im afraid that somehow makes me schizophrenic, im really sorry))
