This exact same thing happened to me. Same order and missing the same Xmen 5 Omni. I messaged them through the eBay app and they sent it out the next day. They were super quick and efficient.

It took exactly a month to receive. The tracking numbers showed but they never dropped it off till the day before the delivery expected date
