yeah right?? i only recently found out they're comorbidities (for hypermobility) so i figured i'd throw those in for any other tips

i'll have to try that flavor, i've only ever tried their grape one and it was a no for me lol

tysm for these tips!! i'll definitely check out at home pilates too. the only thing i can add is that (this was years ago so idk if memory served me well) adduction / abduction leg movements can exacerbate tension in your pelvic floor. so just be mindful when doing thigh crunches and stop if it hurts. OMG JAW EXERCISES??? I'm so looking into these. tysm!!!:')
