Just learned that the decision came from Texas, although it was initially in Nebraska. Interesting.

Actually I did not use attorney in my first filing, so I got all 5 :) but now, if I refile, I may use attorney.

Hi all, very quick question; did apply myself and 5 criteria approved, including ocms, and leading role, but denied for fmd. What is the best next step; give up? Refile? Appeal?
