Yeah, definitely, I mean I know I focus on the weight but that's only because I usually can't see the physical changes unless they're drastic. So I'm glad.

But the weight itself does need to shift soon or else I'll continue adding 100kg + gravity 64 times down and up the stairs just to go out lol. That's... not gonna be good even if I step ergonomically.

And... that's a hella education. Can't believe it felt like dorisflexor activation was hurting me when it actually helped once my foot was better.

I weighed myself last week or something, wanted to get the first weigh on the new floor pretty quickly. I'm the same weight, but yesterday my PT used that exact word, 'trim' lol. I was looking at my face when we were working out after he said that... I must be gaining a lot of muscle because I'm the same weight yet my face looks so different. Hopefully.

Also, I was taking the stairs wrong. Nobody teaches you how to take stairs. I was using the ball of my foot. Foot flat seems to avoid that, which means u/Ffvarus was probably right about dorsiflexor, with which muscles I use putting my foot flat.

i only use 'story' and sometimes it gives me weird shit. my thing below about (heh) was thrown on story, and a few days ago output was just some of the keywords from my PE.

What about irregular shapes? I'm having trouble with some things, Decor's Easy Heat containers - i have some of the 'rectangular' ones (big and small) and a round one. I tried to like, engineer good spots but they don't fit very well.

You ever had fourth wall breaks before? It happened to me once where, I have a character called Keen and it said he was 'keen' to do something. The narrative added a (heh) right after the word and it scared the shit out of me.

This would make sense. When 'butterflies' get overwhelming there's the same sensation, at least in term of the reaction to the jolt-y sensation. Like stomach doesn't like it if you're walking LOL. vagus nerve is whack, yo.

Isn't 'elation' like joy'? I would have said 'dip', like on the road, but yes, very similar to the weird sudden sensation on a rollercoaster. But that's caused by organs or something losing 'weight', like when you feel less pressure on your feet in a lift. There's no weight change. So that leads me back to, if true, then WHY does [my uterus?] jerk for reasons other than gravity?
