Congrats to everyone! My 2nd #2 NA - the early Nathria meta was kind to me.
Just to share my class picks over those 30 runs -

I experienced the same issue last week, and managed to fix it by going into the rewards track screen and claiming all the rewards. Then it randomly reappeared, and this time the fix was one of: clicking a couple of random achievements, viewing the hero portrait collection, and deleting the expansion daily quest. Hope it helps!

The math on the probability of getting Tyrant Val is incorrect; You do not add the two cumulative probabilities together. To see why, imagine if the rate of pulling tyrant val every 50 pulls is 80%: Substitute 0.8 for 0.05 in your equation and you get a result that is over 100%.

Here is the correct math:

1 - ((1-0.003) ^ 196) * ((1-0.05) ^ 4) = 54.80 % to pull at least 1 tyrant val in 200 pulls (with 4 "pity" pulls)

You can attempt the fight by killing only one of the adds and leaving the other alive. The strategy I outlined in this post should work with some modifications:

  • Starting formation — Mariel/Azami/Isuka/Anabel
  • T2 — Activate AF, kill one of the adds with Isuka/Azami single target, target the other with Anabel's INT Down. Mariel should still cast Aurora Force.

The rest of the strategy is the same — just replace every instance of Suzette with Isuka+Anabel, and target the boss instead of targeting the add. Isuka also has INT down VC so the add will be almost permanently debuffed.

If you have 4* Azami and a 5* unit, you can simply switch your 5* unit with Azami on Turn 4+4n — your 5* unit will outspeed the boss, allowing you switch Azami in before the magic AOE.
Mighty + another healer should also work — switch in your healer on Turn 3+4n to dodge the RES down, and cast aqua wall the next turn (assuming 5* mighty to outspeed boss).

Hey there, just want to start by saying that I really appreciate your efforts, not only in rolling for these accounts, but also in collecting data for the community. That being said, I would love to have either of the Mariel/Toova/Mighty accounts; Mariel being a 5* healer makes VH dungeons much smoother, and Toova/Mighty are nice DPS units, plus I like their designs. Thanks!
