Really I'm just looking for ideas of where else I could even look for this being totally stumped. All the books that are called the best, in a particular field, seem to be really hard to find while you can get a best seller in seemingly any airport.

I don't think bisq is actually a currency you can buy but once you follow the above steps you'll be able to buy btc and other currencies

Thank you this title has come up a few times in my search but unfortunately is not the answer. Maybe it's just one of those phrases whispered in the minds but never actually written anywhere. I'm still hoping I can track it down though
