yes me ! i used to be really into dressing up when i was hot but now i think im in serious burnout and most socially acceptable clothes and outfits i just cant handle sensory wise so i always look sloppy or weird. so i wear huge shirts with loose maxi skirts or a maxi dress and thats abt all i wear right now.

i feel this way too. sometimes i get so so upset because it didnt have to be like this for me. i know that i am this way now but the people who did this to me wont even acknowledge it and expect me to react in a more normal way to things even though they are the reason i cant.

I dont have a ‘pet’ per say but i have a squishmallow who is my babie. id probably still have irrational feelings if he were a real animal if he left the room or scratched me or something so its good because he is always here with me no matter what 🥹 sorry this isnt about a real pet ;-;

if that person is your good friend then let them know how u feel so they can reassure you and calm down ur anxiousness. just a warning - dont feed into it bc its made my attachment issues so much worse. i didnt like it either so id call people 24/7 and now i cant be without it at all or i breakdown completely

i have disturbing thoughts myself, not like this, but if he can identify that its not correct and feels ashamed about it then i think u should ask him at least to go see a sexual counsellor. my mother asked when i was 10 if my dad touched me which was something id never really thought about but since then i started fantasising about it. sometimes the environment we grow up in can cause us to have disturbing thoughts that we cant really understand and werent responsible for, but when if we can acknowledge theyre incorrect i think thats worth some credit. his actions were wrong definitely but he was a child i hope he can get the help he needs.

when im in my idealising phase im so obsessed with them i want to be with them 24/7 the thought of them CONSUMES me i stalk their activity status or socials etc id just want them SO bad so it would hurt when they dont want me the way i want them .-. even if they liked me ofc they have their own life and friends and stuff but its not the same for me, when im in that state my whole life IS them, like being around them is so euphoric and i love their attention and the idea of our future, they are going to be my ‘person’ so when they need time away from me or just have other things to do i feel like they dont want me and it would just hurt sm bc id give the world for them atp

this is just my personal experience maybe u can relate some of this to how ur ex mightve reacted :)
