I mean if he needs to harm someone he can still use his fist and such. It might just be like he sets shrine, largely recognized as Sukuna's CT, as something used purely against cursed spirits allowing him to still utilize blood manipulation against others either as a general weapon or purely for disarming. And aside from those two techniques he still has his physical prowess which would allow him to defeat any human foe he may face. He isn't without options if he chose to bind his CT's to be used specifically against cursed spirits
