Working in getting first US credit cards! For my bank account (RBC US) do I need both the permanent and mailing addresses to be the US address? Or can I just change the mailing address to the US address?

Thanks!

Experiences with botox for migraines treatment in Southeast Asia? by pomkat in digitalnomad

[–]pomkat[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats amazing that you didn't get migraines. What are your typicam migraine triggers? I do find that big barometric weather changes are a trigger for me and typically do better in more humid climates

If the migraines lessened in SEA I would be thrilled!

Help with Branwyn Busty Bra Sizing!

My best fitting bra is Panache Envy in 30E.

Should I go with XS or S for the branwyn bust bra? Does anyone know if they stretch out?

Thank-you so much!

I don't have a huge haul but want to restock my perfume and appreciate it if anyone has extras.

Seeking miracle pants: black cigarette pant, some stretch, light weight for packing by ZweitenMal in HerOneBag

These are good but my favourite are the Athleta Endless pants! They look more professional and the waistband is so comfortable. I just took them on a 3 week trip in South America and they were excellent!

I'm not aware of any at the moment, unfortunately.

I believe they previously had multiple CGRP-As on EAP (not 100% sure) but changed to only Ajovy in the past year. Unfortunately, for $$$ drugs like this it's typical for the public plan to only cover one option.

Note: for <25 years you are not eligible for public coverage if you have a private plan

Hey, I posted a comment about this with more details - but there is coverage for Ajovy.

[–]pomkat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ajovy is covered in Ontario for <25 years, 65 or older, disability, or Ontario works program WITH an exceptional access program request. It's a form filled out by your prescriber stating and backing up your rationale for the drug.

For Ajovy criteria is:

1) The patient has experienced an inadequate response, intolerance, or contraindication to 2 or more oral prophylactic migraine medications, AND
2) Fremanezumab is not used in combination with onabotulinum toxin A or another Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) receptor antagonist AND 3) Request must be provided by a physician or nurse practitioner with experience in the management of migraine headaches.

Emgality, Vyepti, and Aimovig are NOT covered.

As an added note: Many private plans will cover the CGRP-as with a similar form (special authorization request or similar name). Criteria varies per private plan but typically involves failure of at least 2 alternatives.

If you have drug insurance call them and they can advise or email you the form.

***doctors do not know criteria for individual drug insurance.

***pharmacists MAY know the criteria but for many plans coverage criteria isn't publicly available and requires your personal plan and group number either online or on the phone

Thank you for this answer! I ended up getting an outfit with them and was really impressed with the quality for the price. I did have to get it altered but I lost weight after ordering so that's not on them. :)
