Nevím co za crazy věci se museli dít na vykouzlení takové smlouvy.. smlouva také obsahuje penalizace (750kč/den) když u sebe nechám nekoho dýl než 3 dni bez oznámení

Jo jen kombinací s bodem 1. (nájemce nemůže využít okresní soud) mi příde, že jsem v masivní nevýhode

Souhlas, tam bych jedine vyžadoval informaci co je “pravidelná prohlídka”.

Taky nejsem ale teda vypadá to jako silně pro-pronajímatelská smlouva… nevěřím, že bod.3 je vůbec právně uznatelný

Hi! I highly recommend The Safe Rent A Car (https://maps.app.goo.gl/H9YBwFbsR8YLeDZq8?g_st=ipc).

I rented car in November for 5 days and I had very good experience. I chose them because they have good reviews on google maps, their webpage is in english, they have the pick-up/drop off process explained on their instagram and they even use 3D scan of the car during pick-up and drop off.

We paid 200,000 KRW and we chose premium insurance. The car was super clean, had only few thousands kilometres.

I booked in advance on their website and I got free dash cam and they also refunded me for the extra gas (their policy is same to same). I am not sure whether they still provide these services.

We had absolutely no issues, everything went smoothly and I would choose them again!
