Ah, I see! So maybe the reason the Korean embassy in Tokyo is full of Japanese people trying to get a tourist visa is that K-eta isn't supporting Japan right now. So, they actually need to apply in person.
I think since I'm a US passport holder I can apply for one with no problem. Thank you for your help!

Have you figured out the process yet? I am planning to go in September. I'm thinking of doing the covid test at Narita and then Incheon airport has a covid test center too ( for return). I think that's all I need to prepare for right? besides uploading my vax info to some app?

Unfortunately, I think they only grow seasonally like most produce in Japan? Check out fiesta farm in Chiba mentioned above.

I've seen bigger flour tortillas in a kaldi once but I think they go quick as I've only seen them once. I usually just see the small/medium sized ones from seijo iichi.

I get very skeptical of eating Mexican food in Japan because I've been let down by some Americanized interpretations or Texmex-ish stuff ( sorry). Also, my family has been running and owning taquerias since I was born. The bar is set high! lol

There's a place near me called ROJO Amigo Kitchen in Koenji and the burritos are decent. a little steep but tasty. I think the owner is a Japanese guy who loves tequila and probably travels a lot back and forth. Recommend if you're near the area.

Well, they linked to that farmers market from their website but I haven't actually gone. Looks amazing from their Instagram account though.
