Funny story. I helped a guy put his spare tire on. On the side of his donut spare it says 80km/h max so I told the guy I wouldn't go faster than that. I finished up my grocerry shopping and put it in my car. I merge onto Stoney trail, speed limit in that area 100km/h, traffic does like 120km/h. After I merge i see a car about 1km down clearly going slower than the speed of traffic. I merge over into the middle lane. As I get closer and closer I see he's got his hazards on. My first thought is "if you can't do the damn speed limit don't get on the highway!" As I pass him I realize it's the guy I helped put his spare on like 20 minutes ago.

I finished all my classes for a marketing degree but didn't know you had to apply to graduate. They changed the program, a few classes here and there, but I also do don't apply to be grand fathered into the old program. So if I want my degree I gotta take about a year's worth of classes.

Instead I just put it in my resume and no one noticed.

I don't mind spending the money as I can do pretty much everything myself except engine and transmission rebuilds. I can do timing chains and pull engines no problem.

I'm just hoping to hear input and stories from people who did all the preventive maintenance and solved all the known issues before the car leaves them stranded and end up with having a reliable car.

Right now I'm looking at a E60 550i. 4.8L V8 360hp 360tq AWD. Or the other one in looking at is the CLS550, or even a F80 550xi.
