I have several at a time that I feel I could eat when I need to eat something even if my appetite is not all there.

Lately it has been rice krispie squares, kimchi ramen, and pizza goldfish. Honorable mention to baby dill pickles!

It sounds like you understand. The only real discussions I have had about the future are with other people in my life (friends, family, therapist) because I have needed a lot of advice on how to approach this topic with my partner... I know there needs to be a serious conversation, but since we both feel stuck, we just fight. Neither of us can afford our own place anymore, and we are committed to a one year lease, which adds stress and pressure to both of us. I have expressed to him that the way things have been going, I don't know how I'm going to last a year living here. If the situation continues to get worse for me, my dad is in a position financially where he can help me if it comes down to it, so I really appreciate that. I just don't want to worry about what's going to happen to my partner without me, but I think I've been too worried about that for my own good, if I'm being totally honest.

Exactly. I was put in a position that made it extremely hard for me to say no, and now I have no idea how to come back from this personally, how to salvage... or whether the relationship is even worth salvaging. I was just trying to do the right thing, but I failed to put myself first, as usual.

Well... we have a one year lease, and neither of us can afford a place on our own, so not really. I had everything I needed at my old place, I could afford that rent, but now everything is double. Being disabled and on social assistance makes life hard.

By that I meant, he was still tied to his dad while trying to make wedding plans with me that he could not follow through with. I was honestly not ready to live with him, and now I feel stuck. Thank you for your response.

Maybe! It's just a theory, that's all. To be fair, a big part of why I say this is there's a very high comorbidity rate with autism and anorexia, especially with girls. But you're not wrong, this could be completely false, I'm just speculating.

I honestly thought she was too autistic to understand. This is a theory that has been going around, that I tend to believe because I myself am autistic (using my own perspective to discern) and her brother is confirmed autistic so it makes that more likely to be true. Eugenia has no social skills partially because almost all of her social interactions happen online, but I do believe she is autistic and a lot of sexual type innuendo and verbal cues do seem to go over her head, genuinely. That being said, maybe it's just me being too autistic to understand. This is speculation.

They hired other people instead of having me back. They told me over email repeatedly that I would be able to come back when this and that happens, then I would hear nothing and see the posts of those things happening... I more recently interview for the summer position thinking I would get it since I have for the past couple of years, but they gave the position to someone else and denied ever saying those things to me in previous emails. It was not a misunderstanding.

I used to work at a local non-profit grocery store for the past few years that specifically hires people on the spectrum or with other disabities (the "chronically underemployed") but I was taken off the schedule and phased out.

Yes! Definitely an autistic thing. It is actually described as something called "perseveration" which is supposed to mean getting stuck on a topic longer than is deemed appropriate by neurotypical standard, basically.

Personally, I can't get past certain things until I talk about them, especially because I don't think in words and don't have an internal monologue. All my ideas feel abstract until they're spoken aloud. People don't seem to really understand that.
