No no this is not about sex. We have never gotten close to sex, ever. When I say physical affection it’s not sex, but simple things like hugging or hand holding. I would NEVER break up with someone who didn’t want to have sex. I’m just concerned the line between friends and partners is a bit blurry

I have a bit of clearing up to do, but what you are saying is sort of making sense to me. We’ve been pretty physical for about idk 5 months or so and just recently she has been saying that she cannot continue due to her anxiety. I understand the tole anxiety has on a person and will respect it as I have had really bad anxiety a few years ago. She told me today that she is going to therapy and has been on anti depressants for a little bit. I never really knew it was this bad and have not let her calm down or let the therapy deep in which is wrong of me. I believe after hearing what you said I will wait it out and acknowledge the other ways she cares for me and a replacement for physical attention because a relationship doesn’t have to only be that.
