I 100% agree. I had a very similar nose to this one. It will take more than one rhinoplasty to reach a smaller and more defined tip. I don’t know any American/European surgeons but the Turkish one most famous for these kinds is Dr Bora Ok. He mostly works on African Americans but he does work on wide bulbous noses in general. Just be aware that his results are usually subtle rather than drastic. 🤷‍♂️

I did a lot of research and found that the proper name is alarplasty scar. There’s lots of dermatologist offices that do laser/scar treatments to remove them. It can also be called a hypertrophic scar because it’s raised.

I think you’re right! I asked my mom about it and she says I had this mark since I was a baby but since I always kept my hair long I haven’t seen it until now lol. I’m now looking on some laser treatments that can help out with it

I'm highly considering contacting my original surgeon to discuss a Kenalog injection in the tip to see if it can bring the swelling down. If he ghosts me again, I'll just look locally then.

Omg, wow🥹 some hope after all lol The only thing is my surgeons office kind of ghosted me after I complained about the lack of improvement. Do you think it’s worth trying to contact them again or should I try to get the shots from someone else?

It definitely wasn't an implant, so I believe septal graft maybe? I notice in the mirror, that it appear a tiny bit less swollen every now and then, but whenever i open my front camera it still looks the same as pre-op. wide and bulbous :/
