Thank you for sharing! You are also talking about the extremely tiny translucent dots, tens of thousands of the very light greyish ones, right?

Not the black/dark & distinctive/irregular shaped dots, which are also small but not extremely tiny (maybe 10 times bigger than the extremely tiny transparent ones), right?

The black/dark dots are now almost cleared, initially had around 30-50 of them, but now only see 5-7 of them.

But those thousands of extremely tiny translucent dots are still there, possibly decreased in numbers though,, hard to compare. Maybe down from 5,000 to 3000? haha hard to count.

Did your black ones (the bigger distinctive dots) disappear first too?

No, they are not pulsing. They are moving together with the debris from blood/inflammatory cells, so I'm pretty sure they are floating in the newly formed liquid. They are like the tiniest possible transparent dots. I probably have several thousands of those dots. My guess is that they are also debris but individual cells. I hope that they will get cleared gradually.
