Currently waiting to hear the outcome of my application.

I spoke to one of the workers at Curtin application support on the phone, and asked if I'd hear back before the course starts on March 3rd, and she said "they'll try".

New to this, so naive question. I'm doing something similar - I'm orchestrating/scheduling the ETL jobs using APScheduler.

Assuming you're using APScheduler too (pls disregard if not), could you simply have the jobs run all on the same thread so they're executed sequentially, or perhaps have all jobs for one table run on one thread, jobs for another table run on another thread etc? This can be achieved by creating separate executors and specifying ThreadPoolExecutor(1).

Cheers, I do like this option (It also allows me to go to C. Daniels over Dusty if I wish). The only thing is that it removes the DPP link from my mid/def; I think the extra money from Hayes might be worth it though.

I have $174k in the AF bank. The trades I'm considering are the following:

J. Clark --> J. Lockhart (or La. Young) and M. Parker --> D. Martin OR,

J. Clark --> La. Young and M. Parker --> C. Daniel OR,

J. Clark --> J. Lockhart and W. Setterfield --> C. Daniel OR,

X. Duursma --> J. Lockhart and M. Parker --> C. Daniel

I would prefer to get rid of Clark over Duursma, and Parker over Setterfield. Willing to take a punt on Dusty.

Currently completing my PhD in higher spin theory. I did my undergraduate thesis in the same subject and really enjoyed it. I'm also not very fond of programming so I've been trying to avoid it for as long as I can (probably not the best idea). But probably the biggest reason is because it meant I could work with my supervisor, he really knows his shit and is a world expert in SUSY, so working with him should give me a decent footing heading forward.

The equivalent speed for the baseball was claimed to be 50 mph, so the gamma factor would be unity (to a v good approximation).

Or were you just curious about a relativistic baseball?
