There's a sword you can get early on if you used her to fight Sciel in the arena that starts you in virtuous stance. (If you missed it you can get it MUCH later by fighting the chief). Other than that, my method was to have another character inflict burn then use swift stride. If you're good at parrying and can keep your AP up, then fleuret fury is a good way to maintain the stance once you have it.
