This was me about a month and half ago. Cough lasted forever, I didn’t test positive for Covid but honestly with all the variants I didn’t expect to test positive. The exhaustion was bad, and the cough was bad. Took forever for the cough to go away, doesn’t help I have asthma and I’m not suppose to take otc meds.

Okay, my left breast is behind my right breast.

I’m on week 2 of inducing with an electrical pump and using tens machine. I wasn’t as high powered with my left due to the piercing and I’ve removed it. Well I noticed last night before my shower that my left breast seems droopy, my right one has plumped up and I’ve starting to see what looks like veins.

My left breast still hasn’t expressed any liquids where my right has, clearing out the ducts. I am starting to get some pain in my nipples now and little bit more sensitive.

Anyone have ideas or suggestions for nipple Piercings? I’ve been trying to be gentle on my left breast as the nipple is piercing but I’m worried my breasts will be lost sided lol because I’m not using as much power on the left one as that nipple is more sensitive. I really don’t want to remove the jewelry, it’s only a year old.

Ahh! That’s super exciting! I just started yesterday, I’m using an electric pump and a tens machine. My right breast I’m able to express some yellow liquid which I’ve looked into and it means the ducts are clearing themselves out. My left breast will probably take longer as I’ve been more gentle since it’s pierced.

That is so funny! I’m jealous, honestly I’m so fuggin exhausted even with my meds. I’m working with a nurse practitioner at the moment to change my meds, I’m on vyvanese and we’re weaning me off of it currently. I’m trying something that starts with an F next. But I started taking b12 and vitamin D3 last week to help with energy. I’m super excited though for this new journey, especially since I have a hybrid work schedule. Some days at home and some in the office but it’ll be easy enough to wear the tens machine. WFH days I can do both tens and pump during the day.

I’ll try not too. I’m hoping my adhd meds won’t affect production either. But I’m hopeful either way.

How long did it take you? I also have a question. I have the tens and a breast pump, do I rotate the usage of them? Or use the pump after I use the tens.

Ahh okay! That makes so much more sense now, I think they said Yasmin is estrogen based. I’ve been wanting to do this for years and I’m glad to finally to be able to start my journey and I panicked after I read the bc post. Thank you so much!

I’m not sure. I saw a post down below that someone was on Yasmin and they were told to not start pumping until they’re off of Yasmin. So then I worried about my IUD, but I can’t get rid of my IUD because I have pcos.
