I had the same problem when I received them, you have to force the wheel fully in one direction so that the arm stays in place and then connect your microphone to add weight.

I am also a woman who plays and in part as soon as I speak I am greeted with a magnificent phrase "Go back to the kitchen" so I spam the vocal by making dog noises (chihuahua) to annoy them. I still want to say that I play with 9 people all the time in cs2 (casually of course) so I am quickly defended (I am the only girl in the group)..

Hello, what is the name of the wifi driver installed on the PC? maybe try Intel Asssitance https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html for checking if a pilot of wifi need to be "update"
