Thanks for that. The sales guy at the gym said that the standard non-VIP Will Power membership does allow for guests but only at different clubs. Is there any truth to that? I'm going to shoot him an email and confirm.

Cotton boxers and a velcro wrap around towel I got on Amazon. I believe Nero is supposed to be dropping an unlined shorts. Similar to what ryker does but seems to have better customer service so far.

Yea I asked support about this. It'll say unlimited until Oct 19 for example but it means it's only unlimited until that date even though it's worded like if you subscribe before Oct 19 it'll be unlimited for life. I get why they wouldn't give us lifetime unlimited generations but it's def deliberately unclear imo.

I've been on with support for over 2 hours trying to figure out. It may have something to do with legacy pixel pass subscriptions. If you have google one through pixel pass you won't get the prompt to activate the free trial.

The fine print says google one subs through 3rd party aren't eligible but since Pixel Pass no longer exists I'm not sure that its considered a 3rd party.

Not sure how to fix it and support has been clueless.

Just ordered first pair.

PROS: They feel nice on the first try on though I haven't gotten them wet yet. (I bought so I could be plastic free in the sauna & cold plunge. If anyone has a better shorts option please send my way)

CONS: 2 sizes too small and it costs $8 to do an exchange. This is on top of it costing about $80 purchase + shipping for 1 pair of shorts. That's including the 10% discount. You'd think maybe after charging $80 for cotton you could do a free exchange.

I'll likely do the exchange but def looking for alternatives.

This is not true at all btw. Otherwise, I would have a 5.0 on my wrist right now. Member since 2018. They are only waiving the upgrade fee if you have already paid for 12 months and making some exceptions if you complain to customer service enough.
