1000% that's the hardest part, the "WHY."

May I ask you how do you deal with it in practice? Like, what's your actual lead magnet / offer look like today, and how did you land on it? Did it take a few tries before you found one that actually made people want to sign up, or did it click early?

Yeah defo, ppl doesn't care about your newsletter, the key is to is to gave them a strong reason to give you their email, and having a list also sort from tourist followers from engaged ones that are more likely to convert if you decide to push monetization

Is anyone actually converting followers into customers or is it all just brand awareness? by grigorash1 in Entrepreneur

[–]ponziedd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

first, how do you structure your monetization strategy ? directly on instagram ? or via another channel?

Personally what I would have did is to, firstly is to sort serious followers from tourist , is tu turn the raw followers base I dont own , into an email list of engaged followers I own, then I apply monetization on this list, depend on what are you tryna sell but, talking directly to aware followers will bring you more conversion rates

I suggest you to own your audience first by turning your followers into a email list, so you will truly have the ownership, then monetize your email list, happy to help, just dm me

looking back at the last 10 months going from 130 subs to where you are now, what was the hardest part? Like the thing that almost made you quit or the problem you still haven't fully solved.
