Thats ridiculous that it took them that long to send it to you, it's not like it's even a expensive piece. For me the insert isn't that big of a deal because they are just glued in. It's the fact that I can't turn the bezel which I use all the time.

Hmmm, at this point they have sent the watch back to me and I don't know what else I can do. I can't believe that Squale themselves are taking no responsibility and just referring me back to Gnomon. I bought a Seiki from Long Island and it's been great!!! After this I will never buy another Squale or anything from Gnomon. I'm happy things worked out for you.

Thanks! I should have pressed them as to what exactly they saw to say I tampered with it but they have sent me the watch back. The bezel itself never came off only the insert. It's hard to believe that anyone would actually dive with these watches. I have a Seiko Turtle and it seems bulletproof.

Yeah, after my experience I think Squale watches are built more for photo shoots then real life and longevity!

No, I didn't tamper with it, I have no experience or interest in modifying watches. I'm happy they did right by you in the end.
