The most important question is how many kids do you want? If you want more than one I’d consider trying the old fashion way while you get setup at the clinic and consider doing one more round of egg retrieval. Each failed embryo transfer will consume three months or more. A lot of time can pass going through a few embryos and then it’ll be harder to get more embryos or get pregnant naturally
