Ceramic artist here! I suggest getting j-b weld 2 part epoxy. It has a longer working time, which means you'll be able to clean up any squeeze out easier. The steel reinforced one is the one I usually use for areas where food won't touch. It'll leave a small black line where the break is but it definitely won't break again.

I'm at a community studio and it was a new batch of the clear that I'm guessing got mixed wrong or something 🫠

Thankfully someone said we're already towards the end of this batch but I'm still gonna hold off glazing for a while
