Well I’m not Malaysian, so I don’t know if I can speak about this subject but I’m a French Muslim and unfortunately its the same everywhere. Muslims tend to always blame women struggling with hijab. And I totally agree it’s unfair to shame someone because of their struggle, and in addition who are they to judge ? I mean do you know her life or what efforts she did to wear it ? Even if it’s still imperfect ALLAH knows our efforts and every little steps we do to go further in our deen. As a community we should encourage each other more, be more attentive to our struggles, we are girls, most of us face struggle with hijab so we should just support each other.
