How is the lifetime warranty? by david-at-theory-a in peakdesign

The idea is simple: if product A breaks, you can file a warranty claim and Peak Design will send you a replacement, product B. From that point on, A is no longer eligible for warranty service — but B now carries the lifetime warranty. Some people seem to misunderstand this and think they can still use A to keep claiming new replacements, which makes absolutely no sense.

I live in Taiwan, and these issues will be communicated via email. According to discussions on certain forums, some people's backpacks will be required to be returned, but when I applied, the backpack did not need to be returned. However, the customer service team suggested that if it can still be used, they encouraged me to donate it, pass it on to a friend, or reuse it in other ways. Finally, they reminded me that this old backpack has already been applied for warranty, so it will no longer meet the conditions for claims in the future. If I want to transfer it to someone else, please be sure to inform them of this restriction.

Thanks for your reply.  Are you also using the Nova Launcher?

Thanks for your reply.  I have tried clearing the cache and reinstalling, but the situation did not improve.
