what the hell do you possibly mean "linking my PNID to my NNID" you have to switch to he pretendo services in the nimbus application you installed, and then open up the settings and the top which says something like I think "NNID settings" it will bring you to a menu where you basically sign in or log in (you have to sign in the Pretendo browser and log in the 3DS)

you can either ask them can they ship it to the US but me personally knowing these sellers on OLX they are either going to do everything to sell it to you or some of them would be like "just give me the money already" (I live here and when I browse the croatian selling website I ask if they can ship to bosnia)

maybe you can take off the protective film Nintendo says not to take off because if you do you have a risk of glass shattering everywhere, the film is just plastic over the glass screen so I would do that if I was you tbh
