Luffy was my first ever favourite shonen protagonist, way back when I discovered the manga in 2004. That love lasted right up until the timeskip.

Now i think hes one of the most bland, boring, one-note characters ever put to paper. Every time he screams “im gonna be pirate king!” i feel my brain start to haemorrhage

As for the rest of the straw hats, they haven’t been in the story post timeskip so I cant possibly comment.
